The name"Merry Lamb Lamb" was given to her by her friends when she was a child.Merry was her English name when she was a child, and "meh meh" (the sound made by a lamb) was a nickname given to her by her friends because of her resemblance to an innocent lamb. At the beginning of her career, she did not believe in God, but fortunately a few years ago, her aunt and uncle led her to church. While reading the Bible, she learned about the sheep's direct, honest and emotional nature through the scriptures, and she felt that this animal fits her personality very well, which is amazing. This name is alsoMerryThe character she gave herself was a person she respected and wanted to be. And she also longs for a simple life like a sheep.
"I had low self-esteem as a child due to certain unpleasant experiences. Somehow, when I first became a singer, I was invited to a lot of international gigs that I could never have imagined as a child and asked myself: 'Why? Could it be me?" But it seems that God has given me all of this, and every time I look up at the sky and think about it, I feel like He's right there with me."
When I became a Christian,MerryAlthough she believed in the existence of God, perhaps she hadn't been through some hardships at the time, so she wasn't interested in learning more. Merry choose "Genesis" as the theme of the album because she felt this album as a new beginning, a mental journey full of different emotions.
