Why has my order not been shipped yet?

We ship out orders every weekday, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders that are in-stock are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. You should receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

Backordered items will be shipped as soon as they are back in stock. Please check the product page or send us an email for when items are expected to ship.

Can I update or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Because our fulfillment team moves fast to ship out your order as soon as possible, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made to an order after it's placed. Please send us an email at and we'd be happy to help however we can.
