Shipping
Where is my order?

You can easily track your order here. For all orders, please allow for 2-3 business days order processing time prior to shipping.

How much is shipping? Where do you ship?

We ship throughout the United States and internationally. You may, alternatively, try to our distribution partners in Canada and Hong Kong. US Domestic Shipping

  • Standard Shipping - UPSMI (7-12 business days transit time) - $7.00 or free over $80
  • Faster Shipping - FedEx Ground (3-5 business days transit time) - Starts at $15 and calculated based on weight of order
  • Fastest Shipping - FedEx 2nd Day (2-3 business days transit time) - Starts at $25 and calculated based on weight of order
International Shipping International orders ship via FedEx. Shipping costs at checkout are calculated to include applicable customs duties and taxes. This allows for duties and taxes to be prepaid and helps to expedite the customs clearance process.
  • Standard Shipping (7-14 business days transit time) - Starts at $15 and calculated based on destination country, weight, and applicable duties/taxes.
  • Fastest/Express Shipping (5-7 business days transit time) - Starts at $30 and calculated based on destination country, weight, and applicable duties/taxes.
Can I update or cancel my order after it's placed?

Because our fulfillment team moves fast to ship out your order as soon as possible, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made to an order after it's placed. Please send us an email at help@alabasterco.com and we'd be happy to help however we can.

Why can't I see shipping options when I checkout?

A few common issues are that you may be trying to order an item that is out of stock or order an item that is not available to ship in your region. Additionally, we are only able to deliver to P.O. boxes with our Standard Shipping Service. If you are having further issues, please send us an email at help@alabasterco.com and we'd be happy to help.

What is your return policy?

U.S. STANDARD RETURN POLICY
For returns within the U.S., return shipping is on us. You can return Alabaster products for a full refund within 30 days after the order is delivered. Please allow 10-14 business days for your refund to be processed after the return shipment has been received. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method on the order. Please note that any shipping fees paid on your original order are non-refundable.

INTERNATIONAL STANDARD RETURN POLICY
For returns outside the U.S., return shipping is on the customer. If there is an issue with your order, please send initiate a return here. If you would like to initiate a return, you areresponsible for payment of the shipping label, duty, and taxes. Please allow 10-14 business days for your refund to be processed after the return shipment has been received. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method on the order. Please note that any shipping fees paid on your original order are non-refundable. Our return policy only applies to items purchased on the Alabaster Co website. If you purchase our product from another retailer, please contact them directly for a return. Orders made through bulk orders will not be eligible for a return/refund.To initiate a return or if you have any questions, please send us an email at help@alabasterco.comwith your order number and we'd be happy to help.

What is the Beautiful Guarantee?

We understand it can be hard to know if a product is right for you before you experience it firsthand. And because we want our customers to have a beautiful experience with our products, we’ve created our “Beautiful Guarantee”. If you are unsatisfied for any reason with your first Alabaster purchase after opening it, you can keep a single item from your purchase and receive a full refund or free exchange for the item within 30 days after the order is delivered. Please send us an email at help@alabasterco.com with your order number and we’d be happy to help.

Please note that this applies to a single book or notebook from your purchase. If you would like to return the rest of your purchase as well, please refer to our return policy below. Free returns within the U.S.

Product and Translation Information
What translation do you use?

Most Alabaster Bibles use the New Living Translation. We wanted a modern English translation, without sacrificing the true meaning of this ancient text. We believe in the divine inspiration, trustworthiness and authority of the Bible. And so we weave visual imagery within the full text of each book of the Bible.

We currently have Proverbs and The Four Gospels available in KJV softcover. Psalms is available in KJV and Spanish NTV softcover. In Hardcover, we have Psalms and Proverbs in KJV and the four Gospels in KJV, ESV, NIV, and NLT.

Do you have a Spanish translation?

Do you offer Alabaster in languages besides English?

We currently offer Psalms in Spanish, and Alabaster in Traditional Chinese.

When will you release other translations?

We are working hard to expand our books into other translations. If you have translations you would like to see, feel free to email us.

Where do you print?

We print the majority of our books in Canada through Hemlock Printers.

Do you have all the books of the Bible?

We do not have all the books of the Bible complete yet. As a small team, it takes us about 4-6 months to create each book. If you have any requests for our next book, please contact us at help@alabasterco.com.

Am I able to purchase for bulk, wholesale, or distribution?

What forms of payment do you take?

We accept payments from Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express—as well as PayPal. You can also use Shop Pay for orders over $50.

Are all prices shown in USD?

Yes, all pricing shown on alabasterco.com is shown in US Dollars. Please keep exchange rates in mind when placing an order.

How do I use my Gift Card?

Can I apply multiple promo codes to the same order?

You may only apply one promo code per order.

What does the option to pay with installments on Shop Pay mean?

When checking out with Shop Pay, you now have the option to pay now or later. Paying in installments on Shop Pay allows you to split your purchase amount into 4 equal, biweekly installment payments—with 0% interest, no hidden or late fees, and no impact on your credit score.*

In some instances, your first payment is due when you make your purchase; otherwise, your first payment is due 2 weeks after your purchase.

Which purchases can I pay in installments on?
