What is your return policy?

THE BEAUTIFUL GUARANTEE

We understand it can be hard to know if a product is right for you before you experience it firsthand. And because we want our customers to have a beautiful experience with our products, we’ve created our “Beautiful Guarantee”. If you are unsatisfied for any reason with your first Alabaster purchase after opening it, you can keep a single item from your purchase and receive a full refund or free exchange for the item within 30 days after the order is delivered. Please send us an email at help@alabasterasia.com with your order number and we’d be happy to help.

Please note that this applies to delivered single book or notebook from your purchase. If you would like to return the rest of your purchase as well, please refer to our return policy below. Free returns within Hong Kong.

 

HONG KONG STANDARD RETURN POLICY

For returns within Hong Kong, return shipping is on us. You can return Alabaster products for a full refund within 30 days after the order is delivered. Please allow 10-14 business days for your refund to be processed after the return shipment has been received. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method on the order. Please note that any shipping fees paid on your original order are non-refundable.

INTERNATIONAL STANDARD RETURN POLICY

For returns outside Hong Kong, return shipping is on the customer. If there is an issue with your order, please send initiate a return by sending us an email at help@alabasterasia.com. 

If you would like to initiate a return, you are responsible for payment of the shipping label, duty, and taxes. 

Please allow 10-14 business days for your refund to be processed after the return shipment has been received. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method on the order. Please note that any shipping fees paid on your original order are non-refundable. 

Our return policy only applies to items purchased on the Alabaster Asia website. If you purchase our product from another retailer, please contact them directly for a return.  Orders made through bulk orders will not be eligible for a return/refund.
