WHY HAS MY ORDER NOT BEEN SHIPPED OUT YET?
We ship out orders every weekday, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders that are in-stock are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. You should receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.
Backordered items will be shipped as soon as they are back in stock. Please check the product page or send us an email for when items are expected to ship.

CAN I UPDATE OR CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

We ship throughout Asia, United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and United Kingdom.

WHY CAN'T I SEE SHIPPING OPTIONS AT CHECKOUT?
A few common issues are that you may be trying to order an item that is out of stock or order an item that is not available to ship in your region.
