WHY HAS MY ORDER NOT BEEN SHIPPED OUT YET?

We ship out orders every weekday, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders that are in-stock are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. You should receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

Backordered items will be shipped as soon as they are back in stock. Please check the product page or send us an email for when items are expected to ship.

For all orders, please allow for 1-3 business days order processing time prior to shipping.

**We offer FREE SHIPPING TO ASIA for over US$80 (HK$600), standard shipping is the default shipment method.

• Hong Kong Post (3-5 business days transit time) -Starts at HK$40 or free over HK$600 

 

International Shipping

• Standard Shipping - Air Mail (7-15 business days transit time) - Starts at US$9 or free over US$80+ (HK$600+)
• Faster Shipping - Quantium/ Armex (5-10 business days transit time)  -Starts at US$11 *Please provide Taiwan ID number for custom handling* 
• Fastest Shipping - UPS (1-2 business days transit time) -Starts at US$30 

 

Rest of Asia

• Standard Shipping - Air Mail or Fedex (5-15 business days transit time) -Starts at US$5 or free for US$80+  
• Faster Shipping - Armex/ Quantium (4-10 business days transit time) Starts at US$10 *Please provide Indonesian ID number/ Tax ID for Indonisian area order for custom handling.*  - Order by December 11th, 11:59PM HKT to receive by December 23rd

• Standard Shipping - Air Mail (6-18 business days transit time) -Starts at US$5 
• Faster Shipping -  (3-6 business days transit time) -Starts at US$16 
• Fastest Shipping - (1-2 business days transit time) Starts at US$68 

These are estimated transit times based on historical data, and there may be unforeseen delays from time to time, especially with global logistics experiencing delays recently due to Covid-19.

 

 

CAN I UPDATE OR CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

Because our fulfillment team moves fast to ship out your order as soon as possible, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made to an order after it's placed. Please send us an email at help@alabasterasia.com and we'd be happy to help however we can.

We ship throughout Asia, United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and United Kingdom. 

You may, alternatively, try to our distribution partners in USA and Canada

WHY CAN'T I SEE SHIPPING OPTIONS AT CHECKOUT?

A few common issues are that you may be trying to order an item that is out of stock or order an item that is not available to ship in your region. Additionally, we are only able to deliver to P.O. boxes with our Standard Shipping Service.
